Class Agenda

1.  Bellringer:  Review pgs. 1 & 4 in your "Guide to Writing DBQs" (this packet should be in your binder...it has a pink cover).
2.  Finish your scaffolding and analysis...then start creating your DBQ essay outline.  The outline should be finished today.  You might even have time to start writing your essay (use pen, and skip lines when writing).

HW - Mrs. Butler's paperwork for 9th grade is due on Friday

1.  Bellringer:  Read DBQ Essay directions.  Create a brainstorming list BEFORE you open to the CRQ questions.
2.  Answer the CRQ questions, analyze the documents, and begin outlining.

9th Grade Scheduling Day

Mrs. Butler will be in today to discuss 9th grade, and distribute materials for students to begin constructing their schedules for next year.

HW - Bring home your paperwork from Mrs. Butler to share with your family.  Paperwork is due to Mr. Law by FRIDAY February 10th.

SOCIAL STUDIES ELECTIVE PRESENTATION

Mr. Law will be informing students about the Social Studies courses that they can enroll in next year.  Students should bring home a list to share with their family over the weekend.  On Monday, Mrs. Butler will be in to begin the process of creating schedules for the 9th grade school year.
