1.  Bellringer:  Why do you think that Monopoly the "world's most popular board game?"

2.  Mini-Project:  Tiered Activity (TA= tiered activity packet).  We will be using this packet WITH our unit packet (UP= unit packet).  Hey AJ - I emailed this new packet to your mom and dad.  

• Review vocabulary you will encounter in your reading (pg.1 TA)
• Read article "Monopoly - Not Always a Game" (pgs. 12-16 UP) and complete the MVPs (on pg. 2-3 TA) as you read each "section." Remember:  Use your active reading strategies.
